The Painted Line, starring Golden Globe and Emmy Award winning actor, Armand Assante (Gotti 1996), reprises his role as an American gangster. Armand portrays Gunner Alan Lindbloom, an ex-mafia enforcer who served 13 years in a U.S. prison. Based on a true story, The Painted Line is a provocative, drama-packed reflection of Gunner’s life as an old-school street gangster where every day was a struggle to survive, and even his own blood worked against him. It's a deeply personal reflection of a young man seduced by the underworld. Locked in solitary confinement for 17 months, he was touched by providence and, against all odds, clawed his way back to find hope, love, and redemption in the most unlikely place. All while battling the demons of his past and present.
